It is obvious that this company lacks structure in many areas. It doesn't even have a Kununu profile, presumably for fear of bad reviews. In my case, I was judged unfairly and without justification, even though the employees themselves did not have any sound professional experience. This became clear to me throughout the entire email correspondence and application process. I applied, we discussed all the relevant points—and when I finally asked for feedback, I only received an irrelevant response. In this sense, my time was wasted—and that is unacceptable.
