We have been working with ALZURA AG for some time now and can rate the cooperation as consistently positive. I would particularly like to emphasize the communication with our permanent contact person - it is always at eye level, solution-oriented and extremely reliable. Inquiries are processed quickly and technical problems or bugs are usually identified and resolved quickly. Overall, the cooperation is very professional and characterized by mutual understanding. Of course, there were occasional minor misunderstandings - which is quite normal with complex systems. However, these could always be cleared up quickly with a short conversation or a clear e-mail. All in all, we feel that we are in very good hands with ALZURA and look forward to working with them in the future.

Created a company website including copied information from our company website without asking. Although I explicitly told the representative during a visit that absolutely no cooperation was desired.

Unfortunately, I have to say that the company is very pushy if you no longer want a subscription. On top of that, you incur costs that have not been agreed beforehand.
