We have been a customer of Rockenstein AG for around a year and, after an excellent initial contact with the sales department and a personal visit to the site, we made a conscious decision to host another site in their data center. The decisive factors for us were the exceptionally high security standards and the well thought-out technical infrastructure, which immediately created trust. The combination of state-of-the-art technology, stable systems and a competent, solution-oriented team completely won us over. The professionalism and reliability in our day-to-day collaboration is particularly noteworthy. For us as a software provider, a secure and stable hosting environment is of central importance - and this is exactly what Rockenstein offers at the highest level. We look forward to further cooperation and recommend Rockenstein as a hosting partner without reservation.

For me, the quality of an IT service provider is determined by how they behave when there are problems. And I can't recommend Rockenstein at all. Our page was simply taken down because it was supposedly causing too much web traffic on the server. This was communicated by email in the afternoon together with the information that the page would remain down until the next morning and that they would then get in touch to solve the problem. No willingness to solve it immediately, no attempt to contact them directly by phone, instead they simply paralyzed the page. The employees at Rockenstein probably don't care what happens to their customers, the main thing is that they don't have to finish work on time. A few weeks ago, there were also problems with connectivity via Rockenstein, that was at the weekend and you couldn't reach anyone for the whole weekend. For an IT service provider, that's simply not good enough.
