Unfortunately not a serious and professional way of dealing with applicants. My partner and I were interested in all brands, flexible in terms of time and location and both have an extreme affinity for sales. After the application, there was a group interview on the general procedure. My friend had his initial interview first and during the interview we found out which brand suits you best. He then immediately received feedback that nothing was available. Knowing this, I approached all providers openly for my first interview, and after a few days I got the feedback that there was nothing available with anyone. I have the feeling that a pool is being built up here (for positioning with the companies?) although there is no need. I'm sorry, but 10 people's time was wasted in the group appointment, not to mention the other one-to-one interviews. I come from sales and unfortunately that's not so nice. There needs to be a different process here!
