Unfortunately not a serious and professional way of dealing with applicants. My partner and I were interested in all brands, flexible in terms of time and location and both have an extreme affinity for sales. After the application, there was a group interview on the general procedure. My friend had his initial interview first and during the interview we found out which brand suits you best. He then immediately received feedback that nothing was available. Knowing this, I approached all providers openly for my first interview, and after a few days I got the feedback that there was nothing available with anyone. I have the feeling that a pool is being built up here (for positioning with the companies?) although there is no need. I'm sorry, but 10 people's time was wasted in the group appointment, not to mention the other one-to-one interviews. I come from sales and unfortunately that's not so nice. There needs to be a different process here!

Issue: An "initial meeting" was held. Following this, reference was made to a second meeting, in which the location was to be coordinated. 10 minutes later, I received an e-mail from a certain Ms. Oesterhoff, who now refuses to work with me. I think this is a dubious agency with a lack of feedback culture. It seems to be a kind of scam. First attracting employees and then rejecting them without justification when they ask critical questions about their compensation. Since I have a large circle of acquaintances in the Cologne area, I will of course advise against this agency. Especially in this day and age, the power of recommendations should not be underestimated... I will continue to remain loyal to my previous agency, which treats your promoters financially and personally with respect. Finally, it should be mentioned here that my evaluation is my personal experience and opinion. It is possible that others may find such business practices perfectly normal.
