I had a very frustrating experience at this UPS Store due to extremely unprofessional behavior from an employee named Jahmon. When I walked in, he was on a FaceTime call, trying to hide his phone behind the register, but it was on speaker so I could hear his entire conversation. He continued talking the whole time about something unrelated (sounded like picking out colors for an item), and barely acknowledged me as a customer. I essentially had to assist myself while he scanned my items, since he was not focused on helping me at all. There was little to no communication or basic customer service. At the end, he handed me the receipt without saying anything. I had to ask if the transaction was complete, and when I asked how to track my package, it was clear he still wasn’t paying attention because he was too involved in his personal call. This level of service is unacceptable. Customers should not feel ignored while an employee is on a personal call during a transaction. I hope management addresses this, because it reflects very poorly on the store.

After making a confirmed appointment 4 days in advance for notary services, taking time off from work, and paying to park, I was told the notary wasn't there. I provided both my email, and my phone number when the reservation was made. The only communication from this business was email confirming the reservation and reminding me of the appointment. Things happen. I understand that, but letting a customer waste time and money instead of making a 1 minute phone call to cancel is difficult to understand.

Drive all the way out there they were not open. What a waste of time. It’s a reason they only have one star shame on your people. UPS should take your franchise away from you.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This is NOT a real UPS store - it is a locked UPS Access Point within the Renaissance Hotel. You have to pay to park (minimum of $10 for even a few minutes) - total ripoff if you are trying to run in and out. Disgraceful in every way.
