Our experience with Reizwerk was very disappointing. Nothing was developed in-house and even something as simple as form fields could not be implemented independently by Reizwerk. We then had to resort to completely overpriced extensions. In addition, many change requests could not be successfully implemented.

Our experience with Reizwerk was very disappointing. Nothing was developed in-house and even something as simple as form fields could not be implemented independently by Reizwerk. We then had to resort to completely overpriced extensions. In addition, many change requests could not be successfully implemented. Despite several failures by Reizwerk in the project implementation, we were still charged for the hours. As if that was not enough, we had to technically rebuild half of the site afterwards, because it was implemented incorrectly by Reizwerk. I was very dissatisfied with the quality of the work and felt unappreciated as a customer.
