In February 2022, we switched our insurance broker website to Raidboxes—and we’d make the same decision again without hesitation. Right after the migration, our website’s loading speed noticeably improved. For a company that attracts a large share of its leads via Google and YouTube, that’s a really important factor. What impresses us most, though, is the support. Questions are answered quickly, politely, and competently. You never feel like you’re just another ticket number—you get real help. Availability and stability have also been excellent over the past few years. We haven’t experienced any major outages or issues so far. Another big plus for us is that Raidboxes is a German provider that focuses entirely on WordPress. After more than four years of experience, we can recommend Raidboxes without reservation. I’ve been a customer of Raidboxes for several years and I’ve always been happy with the service. So I was really disappointed with my current experience. They advertise a lifetime discount of 33%, but it only applies to new customers. When I asked about it, I was told that I would need to re-register and move my website in order to get the discount. In my view, this isn’t customer-friendly or easy to understand for long-time existing customers. It’s disappointing to see loyalty treated worse than a new purchase. The provider itself is good, but I find this discount policy unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. Julian Z

Unfortunately, I'm no longer a fan of Raidboxes. Price hikes, server migrations, email migrations, and much more... I manage several accounts and have an unnecessary amount of work because Raidboxes is constantly making changes. I won't be recommending them anymore. Too bad.

EDIT: After contacting Raidboxes and having a constructive conversation, I will continue to try. Mistakes happen, I am aware of that. How they are dealt with is more important to me, and Raidboxes has acted professionally in this case. Therefore, they deserve another chance. I am adjusting my rating accordingly. If things go back to how they were originally in the future, I will give them 5 stars again. Original rating: I was actually satisfied for years. Unfortunately, Raidboxes has gotten worse and worse in recent months due to growth. The support is no longer as competent. Internal errors are blamed on the customer. Customer service looks different. I will look elsewhere if this continues.
