I really can’t understand a lot of the negative comments. I’ve been there several times and I’ve always received excellent advice. The two young men from sales are helpful and committed. Mr. Herrmann is, as always, reliable and to the point. Honestly, I can’t say anything negative. Mr. Seebach always helps us with our robotic lawn mower—even though he’s very busy, he’s always reliable and gets onsite quickly. You don’t mind waiting for an appointment there. Kind regards, Mani

Terrible customer service. They sell expensive devices, but their customer support is extremely lacking. Calls and emails get answered only after weeks—if you’re lucky. In my opinion, it’s far from what you’d expect from a “specialty store.”

We have been customers of Motorgeräte-Service-Team Pscherer for several years and are completely satisfied. Our garden equipment (lawn mowers and robotic lawn mowers) are reliably looked after here. At every service, we receive friendly advice, are immediately informed of any possible faults and everything is explained clearly and in detail. We particularly appreciate the fact that they always look for practical and fair solutions - not just expensive spare parts. Both the sales and the service are absolutely recommendable. In fact, I cannot understand or comprehend many of the negative reviews. My grandparents were already loyal customers here and over the years have bought various Stihl lawn mowers and other garden tools here or brought them in for repair/maintenance. Everything was ALWAYS done to our complete satisfaction at really fair prices. The on-site advice was also always really great, they take time for the customer to find the best solution! These are just a few of the reasons why I continue to come here, simply because I know exactly what I'm getting here! Great service, please keep up the good work!
