I don’t recommend it. We placed a complex order on 17.04.2026, and to this day we still haven’t received the printouts or a refund. For two months now, we’ve been asking for clarification on what’s going on.

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry that the matter ended with your dissatisfaction; however, the description provided doesn’t reflect the full course of events. The first shipment was returned by the carrier after the recipient refused delivery. Nevertheless, to meet your expectations, we arranged a resend. The second shipment also was not delivered. According to the carrier, there was an issue with the recipient’s details (“the company or recipient name is incorrect”), and the parcel was sent back to the sender. Throughout this period, you had the opportunity to contact us or the carrier directly to clarify the situation and ensure the shipment was delivered successfully. After the second return, we offered another resend, but it would have required covering the shipping costs, which you did not agree to. We respect your right to your own opinion, but we do not agree with the claim that we refused to help or left the matter unresolved.

I had 500 flap folders developed for my work and I'm very satisfied!
