Ordered a shelf made of glass for firewood. Goods were delivered damaged. Can happen OK. However, discussions with the customer are inappropriate here. What kind of customer service is this?!!! Please finally pick up your goods here, otherwise consumer protection.

Unbelievably disappointing service provider! We had our flyers distributed by primaSonntag Würzburg Medien und Distribution GmbH (separately not via a newspaper) and the result is sobering! Until today (more than one month after distribution) not a single return about the flyer of allegedly 134,000(!!!) distributed flyers... instead we got a complaint from an area in which should not be distributed at all, that this person had several of our flyers hanging on his garden fence... On inquiry on our part with primaSonntag we got only the answer that there should not be distributed... - Yes thank you very much we also already knew!!! after some discussions we were finally promised a ridiculous deduction of 5% of the invoice amount which, however, was not deducted on the invoice. On our objection against the calculation was reacted directly with a letter of the lawyer in that stood that us now also still the accrued lawyer's costs are to be charged. It is an insolence to deal with its customers so and definitely the worst distribution company with which we have ever worked together!

If I could give zero stars, I would. We commissioned the company to distribute flyers. Unfortunately, we only received one negative feedback where our flyers were scattered in the garden and another where someone complained that our flyers were lying around. Both of these places were not to be delivered at all. Any other people we asked did not receive our flyers. When asked for further clarification, they only sent us a lawyer's letter. I can only recommend everyone not to sign an order with this company.
