Terrible. No customer service after 5 years of leasing.

I would like to emphasize the communication with the managing director Mr. Klewar and his staff. Here, a quick action and response is the order of the day - that is service as it is very rare anymore. We have several printers/scanners in our tax office with Prima GmbH and are extremely satisfied with the quality and maintenance. Thank you very much and here's to a good cooperation.
