At 11:12, I asked the invigilator for extra OCR answer paper but was told none was available. She tried to find some but said she wasn’t given any then offered AQA paper but said she doesn’t think it will be accepted. After 15 minutes, I finally received the correct OCR paper but lost writing time during the delay. I was promised the lost time back, but at the end of the exam I was told to put my pen down. When I protested, I was only given 5 extra minutes instead of the full time lost. This meant I missed 15 minutes overall, possibly even more when asking the invigilator for more paper. This caused extreme stress and preventing me from finishing my answers properly. I would avoid this centre as it is absolutely not worth the stress they cause!!!

I had such a positive experience with this college when I retook my studies, and I honestly cannot thank the team enough for all the help and support they gave me throughout the process. From the beginning, everyone was so kind, understanding and supportive. They made me feel comfortable and encouraged me with my studies, and I always felt like I had people around me who genuinely wanted me to succeed. My results were also sent on time, which I really appreciated. A special thank you to Alena, Sabrina and Chnoor, as well as the amazing technician team, for all their hard work, patience and support. You are genuinely some of the kindest people I have had the pleasure of meeting. I would highly recommend this college to anyone looking for a supportive, caring and welcoming environment.
