Excellent service, very easy and calm environment

My experience was amazing. The staff were incredibly kind, understanding and helpful throughout the whole process. I was really anxious about taking my SQE1 exam here because I couldn’t find any reviews of the centre from previous SQE students, hopefully this will help future students looking to take their exams here. Sabrina was particularly brilliant when I first arrived. She took the time to explain the process and rules clearly to everyone, and because of her I realised I needed to complete the Fit to Sit and Confidentiality Agreements by actually ticking the boxes before starting the exam. I think I would have missed that otherwise because Kaplan made it seem like you could just click “Next” to agree. The facilities were great. I was worried there wouldn’t be anywhere nearby to eat privately during the break, but the centre kindly gave us access to their kitchen facilities where we could use the fridge and microwave, and we were able to sit in the rooms to have lunch. Lockers were provided, the toilets were clean and well kept, and cold water was available to drink. There were even some points during FLK1 where I felt overwhelmed and the staff offered to let me stand at the balcony for some fresh air lool genuinely, the staff were amazing and I’m gutted I don’t know everyone’s names because they were all so helpful and went above and beyond. They regularly checked if we needed anything and even made sure the air conditioning and room temperature were comfortable, which was amazing. All we needed to do was make a request once, and the team would do anything they could to help. I’m really grateful for the experience and the way the team made what could have been a very stressful day feel much easier. Hopefully I passed my SQE1, but I definitely don’t think I would have felt as comfortable going into the exam without their support. Thank you all!!
