On 22.04.25 I paid a reminder for my brother at Blauarbeit from my Paypal address. My brother's Paypal doesn't work and he asked me to make the payment. My brother was sold an annual subscription. He receives invoices and reminders but there is no IBAN account number on them. After I made the payment, I received an email from Paypal today saying that Blauarbeit had debited a further €117.81 from my account. They said on the phone that it was my fault. By making the first payment for my brother, they seem to have accepted that they will continue to deduct money. They should be sued for obvious theft. No other website does what they do. Even after 10 emails I have had no result with them. On the phone they advised me to get my money back from my brother for the second payment (made without my consent) or report him to the police. Beware of blue work. They are stealing.

The worst customer service, they don't help at all. Every time you need something, they make it more complicated.

Strange company sends unsolicited alleged trade requests, for a trade that I have never carried out or offered, I have never registered there, but with Deutsche Telekom, in the salutation of the unsolicited mails The prefix is capitalized but the increase is lower case, always ends up in the spam folder, as it is not possible to log out normally on a "portal" that I am not registered with 🙄🤦

The following is an excerpt if you have registered ...The membership is valid for a period of 7 days and can be canceled with a notice period of 48 hours to the end of the contract period. Otherwise the contract period will be extended by a further 7 days. I don't know how, but apparently I pressed a button and got a Premium membership... Well, if you made this mistake and to be on the safe side you cancel all existing contracts 48 hours before expiration, the following happens: you cannot cancel the contract and then receive a new invoice for another 7 days ... even if the 2 gentlemen of the management think they can talk their way out of it, it can be proven that I have wanted to cancel all contracts since the first hour PROOF OF MYSELF MR. They charge contributions for an account that has been blocked since the beginning. Threaten with a deadline for an unauthorized service. NOT TO BE RECOMMENDED AT ALL !!!

They threaten me with criminal charges, despite not having paid the debt to COEO Inkasso GmbH. Now they want to siphon off even more money! I have already filed a criminal complaint against the company
