Big promises at the start, complete disillusionment after 12 months—that sums up my customer journey with PlanD so far. What began as VIP support ended in a dead end. During our initial consultation, CEO Leon Hegemann personally assured me that my individual requirements and requests would be addressed promptly. The reality today? Ignored messages and unfulfilled promises. Even concrete promises aren’t being kept: An agreed-upon credit of €500 for a successful business referral is simply nowhere to be found to this day. Even more critical than the missing features, however, is the software’s faulty operation in day-to-day use. The software causes real operational problems: Data chaos via the app: If I schedule an employee for Friday, their mobile app suddenly shows Saturday. Shift chaos is inevitable! Despite submitting video evidence, management has responded with complete silence—no reply via email, WhatsApp, or phone call. No longer a personal point of contact: Instead of genuine communication and problem-solving, I’m now fobbed off with an AI. Termination denied: My termination without notice is simply ignored. Instead of addressing the pressing issues, the invoices stubbornly keep coming in month after month. A tool is supposed to streamline workflows, not distort them. When promises are ignored, the software records information incorrectly, and personal customer service is replaced by an AI bot, enough is enough. I expect immediate acknowledgment of my termination without notice, as well as payment of the outstanding €500 credit.
