Hi Han Lee, I can’t tell from your username and description whether we’ve worked together or, from your perspective, which project didn’t go well. In general, I ask clients at the end whether everything was fine, and I also add to and correct anything that needs improving. My offers are always transparent and written in detail, and if the offer includes documentation, it should have been delivered as well. I’m always happy to receive constructive criticism—but I can’t improve anything based on anonymous negative reviews, since there’s no clear connection for me.
