The Challenge MediaMarktSaturn is Europe’s leading omnichannel consumer electronics retailer, and in Germany it operates both mediamarkt.de and saturn.de. One of its highest priorities was fulfilling customer expectations in alignment with privacy regulations, but technology changes and regulatory restrictions created reporting challenges and difficulties in optimizing decisions. The company believed data loss was putting revenue at risk as bidding algorithms received fewer signals to work with and became less efficient at driving results.
Solution
