Personally, I found the interpersonal atmosphere stressful. The management style struck me as highly hierarchical and not very dialogue-oriented. In my opinion, feedback was not received constructively. In addition, there were situations in which the tone used by individual managers seemed inappropriate. Overall, I felt that there was a lack of respect and appreciation in everyday working life. Anyone looking for a cooperative and open working environment should get a clear picture of the situation in advance.

Unfortunately, the interpersonal atmosphere was very stressful. There is a management style that is strongly characterized by narcissism - self-presentation instead of genuine team leadership. Criticism is not accepted, but devalued. The sexist tone of individual managers, which is apparently tolerated, was particularly problematic. A fundamentally arrogant attitude towards employees makes honest, respectful work almost impossible. If you are looking for a professional and respectful environment, you should look elsewhere.
