1st contact by e-mail. Called back after about a week. After approx. 10 call attempts (never received RR), I was called back. This was also a week ago. Request probably too small, if so, a small rejection email would have done the trick. It's a shame if you can't use the regional companies. Addendum: They responded and apologized in a friendly manner! We have already decided on another provider.
