We started working with Peexeo at the beginning of last year for a full redesign of our website. It was a strategic, much-anticipated overhaul, and we spoke with several agencies before making a point of stressing how important the project itself was for us. We made the mistake of choosing Peexeo. The project management at delivery was a huge letdown. There was almost no project management. If you don’t have your own ideas, this isn’t the right agency for you. But the worst part, of course, was the complete lack of code quality. We ended up having to redo everything with our own technical teams, which wasted a huge amount of time and threw off our own roadmap. The work they delivered absolutely didn’t justify what they charged us. But since they refused to hand over the site without full payment, we had no choice but to pay the entire bill—no matter how poor the service was. I genuinely recommend that you look elsewhere if your website needs even a little technical expertise.

Hello, We’re sorry to hear that your view of the project is so negative, and we were surprised to read this comment. We’d therefore like to share a few factual points. The project was carried out in line with the agreed scope, the original schedule, and the mockups validated by your teams. The timeline was impacted by a web design phase that dragged out significantly, due to numerous, contradictory comments coming from multiple uncoordinated stakeholders—often outside the channels that had been planned. Despite this, we continued production and delivered all of the agreed items in full. Regarding code quality, the development follows the applicable standards, and we were not given any formally submitted request for technical rework during the project. You signed the sign-off document for testing/recipe approval and delivery of the site, confirming that everything met the requirements. Finally, delivering the final version upon payment of the remaining balance is standard contractual practice in our industry. We regret that this project couldn’t be carried out in a more straightforward setting and that, after the project was completed and the site went live, you formed this opinion. We’re used to communicating transparently with our clients throughout the course of our projects. The quality of our support, our expertise, and our technical know-how are the aspects our clients value most. The Peexeo team
