Unfortunately, we cannot recommend it. The manager makes promises that he then fails to keep. Deposits are made to a German Iban, but a special code must be deposited. This indicates a foreign bank, where deposits are only ostensibly made to a German bank. the whole thing is very dubious

I naively believed the fake positive reviews I found about Paylax, opened an account, paid for an order and commissioned the "service provider" with it. However, nothing came from them, so of course I wanted the money back - but Paylax wouldn't play ball!!! In response to my request for money to be returned to me, as no service was provided as expected, Paylax only sent me a message saying that I would only get my money back if I called in a lawyer!!!! So THIS is the "service" they advertise as safe?!???!?!! Oh well, now I get it: "Your money is SAFELY gone, we'll grab it if something goes wrong with a transaction and you don't receive a service or goods."!!!! To anyone looking for a reputable escrow service: PLEASE, PLEASE don't make the same mistake as I did, Paylax is a criminal business model, which presents itself as trustworthy to the outside world through fake reviews - unfortunately I had to learn from bitter experience what is behind it - spare yourselves (in a double sense) this experience!!!!

Hello, We are pleased that a solution has been found in cooperation with our support team and that the service provider has arranged the refund to you. As already mentioned, PAYLAX can mediate between the parties in the event of a dispute, but as a trustee we do not take sides. Therefore, your money is not gone, but remains secured in the escrow account - if necessary until a court settlement is reached. Great idea and very well implemented. I bought a watch on the Internet and made the payment via PAYLAX. I wouldn't have made the purchase without escrow protection.
