As a former customer of Oversoc, I wanted to share my very disappointing experience with the company. Unfortunately, my interaction with them was marked by a lack of professionalism, poor-quality services, and an ineffective customer support team. First, the services Oversoc offered didn’t meet my expectations. The results they promised were far from what I actually received, and it quickly became clear that their performance was well below what they had sold me. Whether it came to quality or turnaround times, Oversoc didn’t deliver on its commitments. Next, their customer service is among the worst I’ve ever encountered. Responses to my requests were slow, often nonexistent, and when I finally managed to get an answer, it was evasive and not very helpful. No concrete solution was offered to address the issues I faced, which only made my frustration worse. Finally, billing was another major downside. I was surprised by additional charges that weren’t mentioned at the start, and the explanations I received were vague and unconvincing. That lack of transparency left a bad taste and made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. In summary, I strongly do not recommend Oversoc to anyone looking for a reliable, professional service. My experience was disastrous on every level, and I regret trusting this company. I hope this review helps others avoid the same kind of disappointment.
