I doubt the objectivity of Mr. Eckard Richter in this court. All the evidence is there that the contractor, Ayik, didn’t do his job: the tiles were installed by someone else, and the invoices show that they were my tiles. Yet he issued such an unfair ruling. Now it’s 2,600 euros in back payment—after more than three years, something like this? The insurance had already paid Ayik 5,100 euros for the poor workmanship, and then I terminated the job with him. Still, he wanted money for work that wasn’t even carried out, like installing a shower enclosure, a sink, and a heating system. With all his lies and his lawyer Köylüce, he somehow got away with it. Apparently the same connections are at play here too.

This is taking too long. I have to wait for the money, and it’s taking way too long.

Seriously insane: I’ve been trying for 30 minutes to find out the date for my witness subpoena: I just want to know the appointment time, because I misplaced the subpoena. Hold music, transferred, kicked out. Repeated. Repeated. There’s no way to see anything online. And the fact that even the lady at the front desk can’t look up the appointments just shows how far we’ve fallen. What’s funny is that they keep trying to transfer me to someone, but nobody ever answers the phone!!!! Honestly, Germany is shutting down.
