The Client:
Translation AZ is a translation company founded in 2011 in Florida, with offices in Bucharest. The services offered by its more than 300 linguists (both in-house and freelancers) are extremely varied, ranging from proofreading and DTP to localization and interpretation.
Challenge
Promoting client-company services and improving the SEO score
The project started from the client’s need to compete successfully with large global translation companies. The initial request was to improve the SEO score of the website so that it would have better visibility in organic searches of those using translation services. Shortcomings were identified and solutions to improve the problems the company’s website was facing were proposed:
- content, although of very good quality, was duplicated on many pages
- the menu made navigation difficult for users
- lack of online payment functionality
- a generic contact form that did not sufficiently clarify the needs of applicants, which led to many subsequent returns.
Solution
Custom design, new functionality, responsive website
The new website uses the WordPress platform, with Elementor Pro core functionality integration, with a custom design for both desktop and mobile. Content was imported from the old site and new client-supplied content was added to pages where it was lacking. SEO-on-page optimization was resumed.
Mega menu for easy navigation
The website now has an easy-to-use mega-menu that includes the services offered, the languages the agency provides translations for and the industries served.
Online payment system in four quick and affordable methods
An online payment solution and a comprehensive customised request for proposal form have been integrated, which will simplify the bidding process and optimise the response time to clients filling in all the details of their project.

The end result is a website with an excellent SEO score, relevant content, attractive design and a high quality user experience, and the client has expressed a desire to continue working with us for additional online marketing services.
