This company is the operator of the site Fernstudiumcheck.de, I am currently in a distance learning program and have left a bad review on the site. This review has been deleted. This company prevents genuine reviews and thus reduces the principle of reviews, the formation of opinion, to absurdity.

I have been working in the marketing team at OAK since January and feel very comfortable. The induction was absolutely top-notch and the friendly and open manner of all employees made my start very pleasant. I particularly appreciate the team spirit, the flat hierarchies and the flexible working hours. It's also great that OAK is a remote-first company, so I was able to stay at my current place of residence, but feel fully integrated into the team despite working from home. I would recommend OAK as an employer to anyone.

I have been working at OAK since 01.03.2022 and head our sales team. I was welcomed warmly and with open arms, and received a well-structured and intensive induction. The interaction with my colleagues is always at eye level and very appreciative; likewise, every opinion or idea is heard and taken seriously. Flat hierarchies and flexible working hours were very important to me when I was considering a change of employer, so I am now pleased to see that these are not just empty phrases, but that they are actually practiced in exactly the same way. We are a remote-first company and so, despite living in a different state, I was able to get the opportunity to work with this fantastic team from the home office. I really appreciate this agility and look forward even more to events on site (on a voluntary participation basis). I can recommend OAK as an employer with full conviction from day 1.
