Unclear communication and lack of transparency As part of a project, I received an offer. Since it wasn’t clear from the information provided exactly which of my requirements could be implemented and in the desired form, I asked for a detailed written breakdown. Instead, I was offered a meeting to clarify open questions verbally. Because written confirmation was important to me, I explicitly requested it again. In the next steps, I was then informed that the project couldn’t be taken on due to current capacity constraints. From my personal point of view, the communication throughout this process felt quite opaque, and my specific follow-up questions weren’t addressed in the way I had asked. Overall, the process left me with a negative impression.
