Very incompetent employees who are unwilling to help you. And on top of that, they make rude comments that are unprofessional.

Catastrophic. Mail server as it was in 2005, service change orders were ignored, resulting in 4-digit economic damage. Goodwill: no response. You'd be better off with any discount hoster at a fraction of the cost.

I applied as a trainee 4 years ago. Unfortunately, I never received an answer. I find that very unfortunate. Otherwise, you hear a lot of good things about the company.
