It all started with a Google search for a marketing agency, preferably close to my office in Berlin. The website appealed to me and I arranged a personal appointment with Ms. Nussbaum. Although I only had a small order to place, Ms. Nussbaum took a lot of time and in the course of the very pleasant conversation we also talked about my customers and their marketing needs on the Internet. Perhaps there would be interfaces. The small order (annual calendar) was processed quickly, competently and with great care. A few months later, I was tinkering with a private website and naturally got nowhere. A call to Ms. Nussbaum led to an appointment with Ms. Aksan, who assisted me in setting up the site in an uncomplicated, patient and competent manner. Since everything went so well and, above all, without complications, I arranged the first contact with a long-standing customer who needed a new website. They also needed a new corporate design. Here, too, everything went according to plan, reliably and everyone was very pleased with the results. Further placements followed, and all clients told me the same thing that I had experienced. It is the unagitated, friendly way in which all the agency's employees deal with the orders and the clients.

The agency NUSSBAUM Marketing & Kommunikation has been supporting our language support daycare center for many years. As the agency also has expertise in the field of internal communication, we commissioned them to hold a team workshop on the topic of "Values of cooperation". Thanks to the professional preparation and implementation, the workshop was a complete success for our entire team. Not only were common values identified, but they were also creatively reworked afterwards in order to make them tangible in a sustainable and playful way with children (140), educators (32) and daycare center management in everyday working life. Since then, the work within the team has changed noticeably for the better. The newly developed values provide us with meaningful and valuable guidance, not only in our daily tasks, but also in our staff appraisals and in the onboarding process.
