Not a great building to live next to. Whenever it rains, the roof retains a large amount of water, and for days, it drips off the building, so whenever we have to take out our garbage/recycle to the bins on Icaria, we get "rained" on. Not to mention, we can't open our apartment windows without mosquito infestations and getting multiple bites, and this most probably is the source of the mosquitos. Also would be lovely if the employees would stop throwing their cigarette butts all over the sidewalk. Those of us who live here have to walk through that daily. Come on.

As a neighbor, it’s very disappointing to see your employees smoking on the street every day and throwing their cigarette butts directly on the ground. We’re only 5 minutes from the ocean, and it’s painful to see this total lack of civic responsibility and environmental awareness in our neighborhood. Please take responsibility, install ashtrays for your employees, and teach them to respect the environment.
