In the course of updating the website of the Bavarian State Chancellery's Commissioner for Bureaucracy Reduction, NorthRock software was asked to redesign the website. This was implemented in close coordination with the authority's online editorial team and the advertising agency Wiedermann & Kreative Köpfe.
As contractually agreed, the requested service was delivered within 4 months.

MD Elektronik GmbH is a German automotive supplier headquartered in Waldkraiburg, Upper Bavaria. Founded in 1974, the company manufactures solutions for data transmission in vehicles and supplies automotive manufacturers and system suppliers worldwide. My area of responsibility is the further development of the HR department in the supplier countries Bulgaria, Czech Republic and Mexico.
The aim of the project was to digitize our recruitment test, which was previously processed exclusively on paper. The recruitment test is completed by well over 3,000 people every year and improving efficiency was our primary goal. At the same time, there was also the idea of an anonymous performance comparison across locations.
NorthRock software offered us an excellent implementation at a really high level at a fair price. As the recruitment test is of particular importance to us, we wanted a trustworthy and data protection trained provider, which NorthRock software fulfilled. In the end, the promises were also fulfilled.
The provider demonstrated an experienced way of working and a professional demeanor. We particularly liked the process of a previously created click-dummy application. This allowed us to check the content of the application before it was actually implemented and to have two things changed that would have become a problem later on. The implementation of the application was a perfect fit. We had never experienced this before.

Deadlines were met. The development period was completed quickly, contrary to our expectations. We were able to monitor the progress of the development via a pre-release environment.

It would certainly be good to expand the internal team for even larger projects. And sometimes there was a lack of understanding of processes in large companies. But that was resolved relatively quickly.
