Established in 2006, Nonstop is a software house based in Poland specializing in designing, creating, and deploying automation and optimization for B2B and B2C processes.
Since the beginning, the company has focused on delivering highly scalable bespoke systems to medium and large customers. Our software runs at the two largest cable operators in Poland, one of the biggest banks, and the world's sixth biggest accounting and advisory companies, originating from the UK.

Team

Nonstop’s team consists of 45 people, 42 directly involved in software development (as software engineers, PMs, or QAs). We’re focused on people; on average, people stay with us for 4 to 5 years, and several people have been working with us for more than a decade. Approximately 40% of the engineers are seniors, another 40% are regulars, and the remaining 20% are juniors that we teach and help develop under regulars’ and seniors’ supervision.
