This company is not aware that trainees are there to learn something. They are just exploited as cheap labor. Then you are fired as quickly as possible if you make a mistake. Where else should you be allowed to make mistakes if not in training? Apprentices are dismissed and rehired regardless of the consequences. The company doesn't care that the future of the employees is at stake, some of whom are then left unemployed. Regina in particular absolutely does not belong in the position of instructing new employees. She is incompetent, makes fun of mistakes and makes sure that if she talks back about you, she tells all employees - so that you realize that you are unwanted. This ostracizing should be punished! The IHK will be notified and hopefully the instructor's license will be withdrawn

A disaster for employees! Trainees are lured here and then thrown out. You are greeted in a friendly manner and as long as the boss is there, everyone is nice. Then comes the rude awakening! There is constant blasphemy among each other, the colleagues make you feel bad so that you have a guilty conscience. You are taken for a fool. Regina does not train the trainees but badmouths them. You are belittled here for no reason. The top boss is nice and listens to what Regina says. I cannot recommend this company at all! Who is so already to his employees, he will do the same with his customers! Smile and attract and then snatch with a trap. NOT RECOMMENDED!
