Move-in was about half a year ago, and since then none of the topics has been addressed. No one even bothers to reply to emails, and on the phone they don’t seem to know what it’s supposedly about. So far, we’ve just been chasing down information, but we’re trying to clarify things directly with the property owner now, because nothing is actually being managed by this “property management” company.
After taking over a particularly challenging legacy administration, we saw over the past year just how well the transition to FG Fröhlich and Gottas Hausverwaltung GmbH has worked. Despite the difficult starting point, the handover was, overall, well structured, reliable, and professional. Open items from the past were addressed step by step, processes were reorganized, and the cooperation has noticeably improved. Overall, we now feel well looked after and clearly informed. A special thank-you goes to Mr. Wünsch, who supported the transition and reliably acted as a point of contact. We appreciate the good collaboration and look forward positively to the continued support.
