I found Oli back then by chance on YouTube while I was looking for Divi tutorials. I think it’s really great that Oli shares his assignments on Twitch—customers can’t ask for more transparency. You can see the time and the thought process, and you know exactly where the hours are going.

Thanks for your detailed review. I’d like to address this a bit more in detail, because from my point of view, a few different circumstances came together here that need a more nuanced look. First off: the project definitely didn’t go the way I want it to for our clients. We had internal changes, the handover didn’t work well, and we missed agreed timelines. That’s all true—and as the owner, I take responsibility for it. What I can’t let stand, though, is the impression that we needed three months for what was originally estimated as 6–8 hours of work, delivered hardly anything, and then ended up charging over €1,000. The original estimate was based on the roughly described change requests communicated at the start of the project. From your side as well, it was acknowledged right away that it’s reasonable if we can’t provide a completely precise estimate. As the project progressed, additional tasks came up—these were laid out in our shared project board, in the email correspondence, and also in our conversations. My understanding at both of those points in time was that it was clear to both sides that the overall effort would increase, and that was communicated as well. Many of the hours spent on coordination/alignments, for the most part, we did not bill. We were under the impression that you shouldn’t be paying for our internal project management—especially not for those coordination efforts—and instead that you should pay for the technical implementation. That the project was handed over multiple times internally wasn’t good. But the claim that I hid behind my employees or shifted responsibility onto them is something I don’t share. We explained very openly what was happening internally, and I don’t consider transparency a weakness—although I fully understand that not everyone will see it the same way. For the final invoice, after we had completed the remaining items, we took the issues on our side into account again and reduced that amount as well. Before issuing the invoice, I asked you for your opinion, and I was led to believe that the invoice could be submitted that way. That you’re unhappy with the process, I can absolutely understand. But I clearly reject the impression that we took your money without providing the corresponding services—and especially the associated allegation of fraud.
I built a WordPress homepage for my company myself, and nexTab was supposed to help me move it to the server and get it live. After I reached out by email, I was able to pick a time for a Teams meeting with Oli. He pointed out a few weak spots and offered to fix them. We agreed on a price for everything that needed to be done. Oli then passed it on to Christian, and he implemented everything perfectly. He also helped me when the old homepage finally gave up. Great work, a fantastic result, and a great team. Thanks, nexTab, Oli, and Christian—I can only recommend you warmly.

Thanks so much for the great review, Oliver! :-)
Top design—well thought out and cleanly implemented. Communication was quick and straightforward. Clear recommendation.

Thanks so much, Tobi! We’re looking forward to working together more! :-)
Great advice and excellent implementation. Definitely will book again.
I found Oliver (nexTab) via YouTube because I was looking for information on moving my domain and email. The video has already helped me a lot to familiarize myself with the procedure. When things got concrete and I had more question marks than answers in my head, I wrote to Oliver early in the morning using his contact form. He called me back in the evening and I was able to discuss my unanswered questions and problems with him. That was absolutely brilliant. Thank you! Thank you! for the great help. Oliver is an absolute expert, friendly and patient in answering questions.

Thank you very much, Elmar! We're glad we could help you. :-)
I can only give 5 stars, if 10 stars were possible I would also give them. A super nice, competent and helpful man who I can highly recommend
