After 15 years in the media industry, Laura Nielsen and Dario Zampetti founded New Monday in 2018 to turn business opportunities and strategy challenges into concrete action. Die UX Growth Academy von New Monday verfolge ich schon länger, letzte Woche konnte ich bei der Masterclass „AI-Ready UX“ teilnehmen. Für mich absolut spannende Impulse, wie KI Teil von UX-Prozessen werden kann. Das Format war gut strukturiert, praxisnah und ließ genügend Raum, eigene Fragen und Herausforderungen einzubringen. Besonders gut fand ich den Praxisteil in kleinen Gruppen, hier konnten wir das Gelernte direkt an eigenen Aufgabenstellungen ausprobieren und in den Austausch gehen. Dankeschön, bei der nächsten Masterclass bin ich gerne wieder dabei!

Durch den World Usability Day 2025 habe ich die zwei Lauras von New Monday kennengelernt. Über LinkedIn bin ich anschließend auf die UX Growth Academy aufmerksam geworden. Besonders begeistert haben mich die praxisnahen Formate wie UX for Business und die UX AI Ready Masterclass. Die Inhalte sind modern, verständlich aufbereitet und lassen sich direkt im Arbeitsalltag anwenden. Besonders wertvoll fand ich die Verbindung aus UX-Strategie, Business-Denken und dem sinnvollen Einsatz von KI. Es geht nicht nur um Tools oder Prompts, sondern darum, wie UX echten Mehrwert für Unternehmen schafft und wie wir als UX Professionals unsere Rolle strategisch weiterentwickeln können. Die Webinare und Masterclasses sind hervorragend organisiert, voller konkreter Impulse und mit einer Community, in der echter Austausch möglich ist. Ich freue mich schon auf die nächsten Formate und kann die UX Growth Academy allen empfehlen, die UX strategisch weiterdenken und sich fachlich weiterentwickeln möchten.

The Design Sprint with Deniz, Laura, and Dario from New Monday was a huge step forward for our startup. Right away, the three of them understood what our product is about, who our target audience is, and where we still need support. Through a variety of exercises, we were able not only to define our sprint goals, but also to design a complete app prototype. New Monday then built the prototype and tested it with participants. After just a few days, we had not only a working clickable dummy of our app, but also validated a lot of assumptions. It wasn’t just extremely helpful—it was also a ton of fun.
