Thanks to Netzproduzenten and especially our contact person David, we were able to raise our internal knowledge of Google Ads and tracking to a new level. The training sessions were always well organized, perfectly adapted to our needs and flexible in their implementation. For example, we were able to carry out a short account check with appropriate recommendations in the first 10 minutes of each training session. Dave was always very well prepared for this and we were still able to discuss all the training topics in depth, including follow-up questions. We came to Netzproduzenten from an absolutely difficult situation (insolvency/start-up) and they responded to absolutely every one of our concerns and needs. Since the previous agency had done a lot of bad work and accumulated a lot of incorrect data in our account (the main reason for our business difficulties), Netzproduzenten had to completely clean up the account and collect new data. This took a month, during which they were not put off by our constant concerns (which were taken absolutely seriously and always responded to and explained immediately).
