Caution: I was also contacted by the Sommerfeld law firm by e-mail. The whole thing seems to have a system. I don't even know if I ever ordered anything there. But today, 2023, I get an e-mail from a law firm with a claim for 115.05 euros because of an alleged order from 2018. There was no payment reminder, no reminder, nothing. But the amount demanded I have strangely enough already read here in other reviews

Like many others, no reminders received. So if outstanding debts have not been paid, the fine step would be to do this by mail and charge the expensive stamp if necessary. I can only advise against ordering there. After 2 years to pay a hefty sum is sad. There are enough other providers for this.

musikus1959Rech I received a license plate for my caravan in April 2018. Now comes from a shyster named Sommerfeld a reminder letter. Allegedly I would have received 2 reminders in 2018. Now the whole thing adds up to over 100 EUR. The shyster earns full with it. I have never received any reminder or invoice. A small letter in 2018 would have been enough here. Will let this R-lawyer times about the chamber check. Beware of this company. Here threatens rip-off and the shyster refuses any contact. Very negative.

In May 2018 ordered license plates and get but no invoice no 1st reminder no 2nd reminder and now December 2020 comes a letter from a lawyer and zack are now 115.05 € to pay. I find it not right of this company to react so I would have gotten the 1st reminder I could immediately check what it was. But now after 2 years it is more difficult and just now in the time where there is Corona you may almost nowhere "and the lawyers know" it is from the company netTradersGmbH a cheek. This company never again from me there is no recommendation. Only good that there are other lawyers who can help you. Addendum: I just checked my e-mail's because according to the lawyer I would have received on 30.05.2018 and 04.09.2018 the 1st and 2nd reminder, but in my mailbox for read e-mail's is nothing in it. I assume here times that it is fraud and will now but my lawyer promptly deal with it.

Unfortunately, not a good experience. After almost 3 years, a letter arrived from a law firm with a demand for payment + legal fees. Was of the opinion that I had paid the bill directly almost 3 years ago. A reminder by letter and the matter would have been settled.

April 2018 we have ordered a license plate, which was also delivered. today 24.12.2020 comes from a lawyer a letter, we had not paid the RG at that time and also on the 2 reminders (which we have never received) not reacted. after more than 2 years, all this is no longer Nachvollziehbar. The open claim of 24.85 € for 1 license plate (trailer) is now with lawyer and reminder fees on over 100 €. After such a long time, this is absolutely not customer friendly....
