We’re thoroughly satisfied with our collaboration on our Shopify relaunch. From planning and technical implementation to support throughout the entire project, the teamwork was professional, reliable, and easygoing. Even with individual requirements and questions, responses came quickly, and we worked together to find the right solutions. I’m very happy with the collaboration. Before Shopify, I used Shopware, and before that Magento and ePages. Each system works differently, so there were a lot of questions during the project. NETSHAKE doesn’t require any prior knowledge and takes every question seriously—no matter how “basic” it might be. The real challenge was our catalog with around 40,000 items, and the migration went smoothly. What matters most to me is what the customer sees in the shop and whether they can place an order without any hassle. That was achieved.

We’re really glad we were able to switch our Shopware website over to Shopify together with Netshake. Communication, guidance, and workshops were virtually perfect—the team stayed professional and patient throughout. Our website now looks brand new and modern, while still keeping exactly the character that makes it ours. Only a small downside: the ERP integration costs us significantly more than we expected. In hindsight, I would have liked more thorough advice upfront. That said, the team was still patient and supportive every step of the way, and even after the launch, they kept looking for a more affordable alternative. I can recommend Netshake 100%.

Overall, we’re very satisfied with our collaboration with Netshake. The team built our new website and was always responsive whenever we had questions or requests for changes. Of course, there were also a few points during the project that didn’t match exactly what we had in mind at first. However, these were discussed and then improved. It’s also a positive that the support doesn’t just stop once the site is published. If anything still needs to be adjusted or questions come up, we continue to receive help. All in all, it’s been a good and pleasant collaboration.
