Extremely unprofessional, first of all a contract is only confirmed during business hours. Which shows no automation, customer support unfriendly and annoyed, if that's not the best, you get told that you can't take my order at the moment? This is really very sad and a poor testimony for modern hosting companies like this one would like to be, so no, there are a thousand better ones, ionos, Strato, Webgo all better than this.
