I definitely cannot recommend them! They promise twice the ROAS that actually occurs. They don't even notice that the pixel isn't tracking for two weeks. That's a real waste of money. Instead, they suggest to the customer that they themselves are responsible. How can that be when they take over the entire marketing? If you then look at the meta logs, you can see that there has been no activity for two weeks in some cases. Here, too, they claim that a lot is happening in the background. The complaint was followed by an offer of a free month as compensation. We never received this, but instead were lectured about terms and conditions and received reminders. Stay away!

We have been working with Nerds for over a year and have successfully implemented several projects during this time, from strategic social media topics to specific sales campaigns. Despite the comparatively short period of time, we have already been able to take our digital communication measures to the next level. The team impressed me right from the start with their high level of expertise and friendliness. Communication is always fast, uncomplicated and at eye level.
