Absolutely awful. I ordered an à la carte temaki, but it came smaller than the one from the all-you-can-eat option. It was really, really bad. I called to complain, but they didn’t do anything. The service is terrible. It used to be good, but today it’s no good anymore.

Dear Anna, As a mobile app company, we don’t offer services à la carte. Could it be that you ordered from another company and accidentally sent this feedback to us? Could you please remove the rating, since it doesn’t really apply to our company? Thank you very much.

Beste Jan, Jammer dat je 5 jaar geleden een keer een slechte ervaring hebt gehad toen je een keer met je collega's meekwam om te helpen bij een uitgebreide ketentest. Elke slechte ervaring van een klant, bezoeker en eenmalige tester is er 1 teveel. Ondanks jouw ervaring hebben we gelukkig gedurende alle jaren dat we voor Spotta hebben gewerkt vooral goed en prettig samengewerkt met een flink aantal Spotta medewerkers met vele mooie resultaten en nog steeds prettige zakenrelaties als gevolg. Ik kan me dan ook minder goed vinden in je woordkeuze, maar hoop voor je dat jou dit soort ervaringen bespaard blijven in de toekomst.
