Nägel&Köpfe completely re-equipped our practice with Apple hardware from the server to the 10 clients + printer etc.. Thanks to the team's high level of expertise, the whole process was completely uncomplicated and quick, even though numerous "third-party devices" had to be integrated into the system. I particularly liked the structure of the work and the final documentation.

I was completely satisfied with the installation of the hardware for my medical practice by Nägel und Köpfe. I can heartily recommend this company from start to finish. Mr. Mais and his staff are friendly, efficient, to the point in their advice before installation, the installation was carried out very effectively, they are well networked with the other IT companies (software, etc.) and work simply great and professionally. They set up computers, printers, scanners, a TV, the complete telephony (including fax and answering machine), as well as loudspeakers to my complete satisfaction in my family doctor's practice and everything was also carried out very neatly and only with high-quality and sustainable products and packaging.
