Our worst agency experience to date! An external audit revealed mismanagement in our Google Ads account by MSO Digital. After switching to a new provider and fundamentally changing the setup, we achieved significantly higher ROAS values. We recommend closely reviewing your account management.

I received a cold-call email from this agency several days ago offering a do-follow backlink to Wikipedia for very little money. They guaranteed that the backlink would be maintained in accordance with Wikipedia guidelines and sent a link with an alleged example. As I do a lot of SEO myself, I was interested. After a short search, it turned out that Wikipedia only has no-follow backlinks. Furthermore, the example article on Wikipedia also only had no-follow backlinks. I replied to the email twice and asked for a statement, which unfortunately never came. I therefore assume that this is a dubious method that exploits the inexperience of others. This harms those who fall for it and brings the whole industry into disrepute. So here is my rating as a warning to others.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend mso. As a small company, I was expected to pay very high fees and marketing budgets for Google. We didn't get any more visitors to our site as a result, even though this was communicated, and we spent almost 3000euro a month on it. In my opinion, for nothing. After realizing that the budget was set far too high, they didn't want to lower the fee either. I'm sure it's great for companies with a huge marketing budget. But not sustainable for normal small local stores. It's been a while, but the whole thing still keeps me busy.

NOT RECOMMENDED: According to our experience, the agency is definitely not recommended. The services are below average and the communication consists in the distribution of tasks to the client. It is better to choose an agency that is independent and has more experience in Google Ads. True experience!

I give it a solid 1 star. The first colleague was still quite committed, then a new supervisor came - there was nothing more. There were always only big bills. We can't recommend it.
