We’re incredibly happy with our new website! But we’re just as happy with the collaboration—and the journey leading up to it. From the very start, it really felt like we were being listened to. Not just about what we thought was beautiful, what fits BIK bouw, but especially about the feeling we wanted our website to convey. And in the end, it’s exactly what we got—maybe even better than we’d imagined. What we especially appreciated was the involvement of the entire team. The quick turnaround, the thinking along the way, the great advice—and sometimes coming up with an even slightly different idea that ultimately made everything better. But also the patience when it was needed. Our project also had a few sad and unexpected events within BIK bouw, which meant there were moments when the website simply wasn’t the most important thing. Together with Gerlin (as our point of contact) and Mariangela (as our web developer), mooi.online built us a beautiful website in no time when our existing website (made by another company) was hacked. Gerlin (and that, of course, included Mariangela) quickly understood who we are, what matters to us, and how we pictured it. They were able to translate that into a great concept—quickly and well. With a bit of tweaking and fine-tuning along the way, Gerlin responds fast, friendly, and really stays on top of things. All in all, a solid 10!
