I am completely satisfied with Monofaktur. All of the employees I had contact with were extremely friendly, nice, and very competent. As a customer, you feel that you are taken seriously and receive excellent advice. The quality of the delivered goods (wool white mottled, 2 mm) is excellent and fully met my expectations. The website is also very clearly laid out and offers a lot of informative content, so you can quickly find your way around and feel well informed. I can therefore wholeheartedly and warmly recommend this shop and will definitely order from them again.

Color was not even close to the color shown on the homepage - delivery, was the disaster - Monofaktur and DHL did not get it despite many phone calls, the carpet was sent back again - Monokaktur then charged me for the second sending (by prepayment) - I asked for a statement from the management - got no answer - in summary: never again with this company

During this conversation, you agreed to the chargeable shipping to a different address. She also explained to you that she can only send prepayment invoices and that the management board is currently on vacation. Unfortunately, you and DHL have different views on the subject of parcel delivery. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to judge from here what exactly happened or to actively influence the process. As you know, this is the responsibility of DHL. Perhaps you could lodge a complaint directly with DHL. Regarding the colors: It is your monitor settings that shift the color, unfortunately we cannot influence that either. On calibrated monitors, the color fits, as far as this is possible at all on photos. We expressly point this out and offer our sample service at cost price. Thank you very much! We ordered both a felt curtain and a rug and are extremely happy after delivery. The rug is super comfortable and we are looking forward to some game nights. The samples helped a lot with the selection and with the virtual samples on the website we were also able to design the rug well. It's also great that you're not tied to standard sizes here.

It was supposed to be a felt curtain with strange dimensions and additional extras (extra reinforcement on the sides and Velcro tape). The curtain turned out first class. Everything just as we wanted it. Excellent work which, although not cheap, is worth every penny.

We recently hung a wool felt curtain from Monofaktur in front of a large sliding door to the garden in the middle of winter. The result is amazing, the room is much warmer. The curtain provides excellent insulation and is also a great help when you have to open the door briefly. I can't wait to see how it performs in summer.

Unfortunately, poor accessibility and long delivery times. Here, details of delivery weeks are made. I can not remember this ever to have read in a store. Thought it was days, as is usually the case. Sorry, no timely processing.

We are always available at the indicated consulting hours and since we are a serious German manufactory and not an import trade, we of course need time in case of high order volume to manufacture our products by hand with great attention to detail and professionalism.

I ordered a felt curtain a little over three weeks ago and was surprised today that the delivery status is still open. In a phone call, it was explained to me that the delivery time is 10-12 factory weeks and this is also stated in the order confirmation and online when ordering. Indeed, this is the case and my impatience thus my fault. One suggestion, however: Please show the expected delivery date or the required production time clearly (gladly also highlighted in color as with others directly in the product configuration. The current display is really very difficult to perceive or hidden in information about the configuration - almost as if this was intended. A Schelm who thinks evil thereby. With such a long delivery time, I probably would have chosen a different solution. My evaluation I will revise after receipt of the order again, since in particular the product and its processing should be evaluated. Many greetings Klaus
