Description

RIX, a platform for planning graduation balls, supports students and graduation ball committees in organizing unforgettable graduation parties. Together with Mindset, the platform was redesigned and implemented to optimize the entire planning process.

Challenge

Students and prom committees are faced with the challenge of organizing a complex event that includes many different elements such as location, catering and ticket sales. The previous planning process was inefficient and time-consuming.

Solution

Together with RIX, we developed a user-friendly platform based on the following steps:
