From the first exploratory meeting, it was clear how customer-focused the team was and how quickly they responded. I already had a plan for how to set everything up. In a very pleasant way, I was explained that this likely wasn’t the best option and how it could be done better. Perfect. Today, the entire system is installed. It’s good to experience that only the best service is good enough. The old system had to be removed as well. It took a bit more time than we expected, but everything was handled flawlessly—with a smile. That’s how you want to be treated as a customer.
