We ordered fingerless gloves for our carnival club. The contact with MerchLab was pleasant from the very start—quick, clear, and genuinely helpful when it came to how to get the job done. The order was delivered on time and looked great. Unfortunately, after we started using them, a few pairs turned out to be broken after just one day. We reported this to MerchLab, and even though we didn’t know the exact number of pairs involved (we were sure it was at least three cases), they handled it very neatly. Without any hassle, we received no fewer than 10 new pairs of gloves. That’s what we call top-notch service! All in all: great communication, reliable delivery, and above all a supplier that takes responsibility when something goes wrong. Definitely recommended to work with!

After ordering the caps we’d already had embroidered from MerchLab, we asked whether they also had vests and hoodies in their range, since they weren’t (yet) listed on their website. Peter got back to us incredibly fast with a proposal, and that same day I received an offer with the design in my inbox. Since we needed the vests quickly for an event, they did everything they could to make it happen—and it worked perfectly! All in all: great service, quick communication, and top-quality products. We’re truly happy with MerchLab’s work ethic and would recommend them to anyone for (among other things) embroidered merch!
