How do you do? Thank you for your review, unfortunately there is no "Nick Thorsten" in our customer base and therefore we are not sure if you have rated the right agency. Also, the content of your review does not match our services or our work with our clients or their projects. Here are a few insights into our agency: Unlike other agencies, we only ever charge for services already provided and only at the end of each month. Clients or interested parties often come to us with an idea as to why something is not working with Google Ads, for example, and the request that this be dealt with quickly. However, we first need to get a picture of the problem in the form of an analysis. We have many years of experience in this area and have built up expertise and knowledge that the customer must trust. Such services take time and should also be rewarded, although we are not among the price leaders in our industry, but are in the healthy middle range. After our analyses, we send a very detailed PDF with documentation of anomalies and corresponding recommendations. Depending on the customer, it may be desirable for us to prepare an offer based on these recommendations - or the customer may wish to do this themselves. Unfortunately, it is not clear before the checks what needs to be done and to what extent, which is why the implementation is always handled with a separate offer, no matter how big or heavy the recommendations are. A meeting is always a free service with us after the commissioned analyses and we keep a very clean appointment calendar for our customers, sometimes more than 7 days in advance. Since we give each client enough concentration and time for the implementation of the projects, we try to offer free time slots at all times, but we cannot arbitrarily divide up project periods, as the quality of our work would suffer as a result. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to take phone calls, so we offer our answering machine, which can be left for discussion. Without a message, it is difficult for us to return calls, as spam calls are on the increase, so we do not return all missed calls. An email is usually our preferred medium, as we can respond quickly and easily, even during short breaks. We also have our Calendly appointment system, which allows callers to book their own appointments.
