I have been a satisfied Maxcluster customer since 2016. First with a Magento store, then a switch to Shopware. It feels like Maxcluster is staffed almost exclusively by professionals. Communication takes place at eye level and you're always dealing with experts. In 8 years and probably a hundred phone calls, I've had maybe 1-2 times where I've had someone on the line who couldn't help me themselves but asked a colleague for advice - which is more than legitimate in itself. However, this illustrates the professional level at which Maxcluster works. Maxcluster has rightly grown well in recent years and has successfully modernized itself in many areas. For this reason, after such a long time, I can still confirm my review from 8 years ago: Thumbs up and absolutely hot tip for the successful hosting of a Magento or Shopware store.
