Warning! max2-consulting is trying to profit from people’s fears. Time and again, we receive unsolicited emails claiming that we are violating data protection regulations or similar rules. Since I work in IT myself, I can say with certainty that everything on our website is in order. Since we are also based in Germering, I called max2-consulting to give them a chance. Unfortunately, to no avail. Three more emails today! A complaint has been filed with the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR.

Dear Mr. Maier, max2-consulting GmbH contacts companies only when our personal analysis has identified a specific need for action regarding technical or data protection issues on the respective website. We contact you via the business address listed publicly in the legal notice—up to three times, with a clear option to unsubscribe included in every message. If we have contacted you, there is a high probability that your website requires real action. Whether you wish to address this issue is, of course, entirely up to you. If you are thinking about building your own website, I can highly recommend the trainings of max2-Consulting. After two days of training (without prior knowledge) anyone can create his own first website.
